📌 Module 1 – Professional Behaviour & Communication

• Appearance & behaviour as a security officer
• Communication & social skills
• Radio communication & reporting
• Fire Prevention & Emergency Procedures
• Evacuation protocols

📌Module 2 - Legal basics

• Basics of the Swiss legal system
• Self-defense & emergency laws
• Relevant grounds for justification from the Swiss Criminal Code / Swiss Civil Code / Swiss Code of Obligations
• Relevant criminal offences
• Fundamentals for provisional arrest by private individuals
• Weapons law + Labour law / CLA

Modules 1 & 3 may vary slightly in order of content.
